This rug is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I was a little worried it would be TOO white, but it's just barely off-white - perfect. And looks beautiful against my dark wood floors. It is fluffy and soft, just shiny enough, and when I ran a light vacuum over it it fluffed up even more. The paperwork says the rug is not tufted so it wouldn't be possible for it to shed, and that any fuzz that's coming off of it is from cuttings during the manufacturing process. This is why I vacuumed it (on the LIGHTEST setting), to get any of that extra stuff up - there were a few little puffy pieces that floated around after it was removed from the box. Haven't seen anything since the vacuuming, so we'll see how it goes. Still worth it though - it's SO pretty :)

I would recommend this fun rug to anyone. I purchased it and received it just a few days later. I have it in my living room to break up the heavy dark, rectangular furniture. It is so cute and a dream to step on. the instructions say to shake it out and use a broom and for deep down dirt a vacuum is ok as well.

The picture on the website of this rug did not do it justice! Wow! I debated a long time on ordering it because the picture was taken looking straight down on the rug and it looked like a flat bathmat. More than once i have wished for some up close or extra pictures on items. I am so glad I took a chance on it because the rug is perfect! It was nice and plush, not the same as a real sheepskin rug, but the price was much better! It has not shed at all and like other reviewers, my dog loves it! I am also super excited that it is machine washable. I feel confident that I will be purchasing some more!

This rug was cute for the price, but it does look like fake fur. I was hoping it would look more authentic but I can't complain for the price it works for what I need it for !
