We are pleased to offer a personalisation service this Glenmuir product all done by our craftsmen here in Scotland.

You can add icons, flags (from our selection) and monogram text or initials to create a truly unique gift, corporate uniform and event or club merchandise.

1. On the product page select your colour, size and then select the tick box PERSONALISE THIS ITEM

2. Click ADD TO SHOPPING BAG

3. Once the Personalisation Window appears select the position of where you would like the personalisation to appear

4. Select whether you would like Graphic Only, Text Monogram Only or both Graphic + Text Monogram

5. Select your personlisations for the Logo and/or Text Monogram

6. Click FINISH or click PERSONALISE FURTHER if you would like to add another personalisation in another position

7. Check out by clicking the SHOPPING BAG icon in the top right hand corner of your screen

We ask that you allow 5 working days for personalisation of our products, however every order is dealt with promptly and we can usually complete within 3 working days.

Every stage of the process to create your own personalised product is handled for you from our Lanark office, from the designing of the embroideries and embroidering, to hand finishing and pressing, through to final delivery, allowing us to have total quality control, ensuring that your bespoke product will be everything you want it to be.

Our craftsmen here in Scotland will also heat seal the reverse of all of our outerwear products to ensure the performance waterproof or water resistant properties of our products are maintained. Our handfinishing on the reverse of the embroidery will ensure there is no irritation caused by the embroidery and that the backing is soft against the skin.

By adding a personalisation you agree that the spelling, content and layout are correct. The design shown on our products are for illustrative purposes only and your design will not embroider exactly as shown. You also understand you may not make any changes once the order has been placed. Crested products are not returnable or refundable unless there is an error on our part or the product is defective.
